Shipping Coverage

Kaizen Electrics currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping is calculated by order total:

  • Orders up to $1,999$200 flat
  • Orders from $2,000 to $4,499$300 flat
  • Orders $4,500 and above$400 flat

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Large Item Shipping (E-Bikes & Dirt Bikes)

  • Orders may ship via freight carriers
  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • Some products may arrive partially assembled

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Local Pickup

You can also pick up your order at our showroom: 561 NW 29th St, Miami, FL 33127. Contact us to arrange a pickup time.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kaizenglobaltrade.com with clear photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
