Kaizen Electrics currently ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Large Item Shipping (E-Bikes & Dirt Bikes)

Due to the size and weight of our products:

  • Orders may ship via freight carriers
  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • Some products may arrive partially assembled

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
