Return & Refund Policy
At KAIZEN Electrics we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition of the Item
- The item must be unused and in new condition, with no signs of wear, mileage, or damage.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, chargers, keys, manuals, and tools.
- Items that have been ridden, registered, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For large items shipped by freight (such as e-bikes and dirt bikes), the customer must arrange and pay for return freight. We recommend insuring the shipment, as we cannot issue a refund for items damaged or lost in return transit.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@kaizenglobaltrade.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions. You may also visit our showroom at 561 NW 29th St, Miami, FL 33127.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (less the 15% restocking fee) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you. This is separate from the standard return policy above.
Non-Returnable Items
Accessories that have been used or installed, and any item marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
