Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders flagged as high-risk or suspected of fraud. Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped.

Shipping & Returns

Product Use & Safety

Electric bikes, dirt bikes, and scooters may be subject to local laws regarding registration, licensing, and where they can be ridden. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with local regulations. Always wear appropriate safety gear. KAIZEN Electrics is not liable for injury, damage, or legal issues resulting from misuse.

Warranty

Products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAIZEN Electrics' liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
